We offer our house to guests as a whole : as family/group accommodation, not as a place where single rooms can be booked.
A. The rate to rent our whole House is USD 3500,-. This includes:
- Transport over land (not via air) Nairobi-Aitong v.v.
- Transport during the stay (wildlife safaris, etc..)
- Full board (sodas, beers, wines are included, liquor at an extra fee).
- Park and/or Conservancy fees
B. For guests that have their own transport, we charge for the whole house: USD 3300,- per night. This includes:
- Full board (sodas, beers, wines are included, liquor at an extra fee).
- Park and/or Conservancy fees
C. For guests that have their own transport and bring their own food and staff and arrange for their parc/conservancy fees, we charge for the whole house: USD 2500,- per night.

OFFER
As we have just started to open up our own intimate home to our guests and as we have no idea yet how it will work for both our guests and ourselves, we want to start with rates with which we can cover our costs. The first visitors will therefore on the one hand be lucky to pay less, but on the other hand we ask them to help us in improving our set-up with constructive advise and ideas.
1. For guest coming from abroad, we charge for the whole house: USD 2000,- per night.

3. For guests that have their own transport and bring their own food and staff and arrange for their parc/conservancy fees, we charge for the whole house: USD 1200,- per night
