Tranquility and serenity in and around our house during the day before and after meals, relaxing by the camp fire, enjoying an aperitif or digestif, and listen to the magical sounds of the African bush – all this under the spectacular African sky where the stars seem brighter than anywhere else!

And the wildlife around our house is already amazing. Since the construction has stopped and we have stayed there now a few times (6 days in total), we have experienced: a leopard eating our chairs that we left outside. For example,  you can see in the pictures below that the leopard has biten the headsupport as well as sharpened its nails on the side of the chaise longue. Furthermore, we had elephants eating our roses and garden plants, baboons running around also on our terraces, zebras, giraffes and other animals like antilopes that eat our planted flower trees And recently 3 young (adult) male lions are roaming on our plot. They are a bit of a burden as they have already killed 4 cows from the neighboring Masai families……
